Modular Colour Change System 250 Bar MWP
The system comprises a modular manifold in stainless steel arranged vertically to accept colour change
valves mounted horizontally.
Alternative manifold arrangements are also available including single piece up to 8 valves and a radial
to accept 6 valves.
Each colour change valve is opened and closed pneumatically (The pneumatic control system is not
included, as many prefer to supply this themselves. We can quote upon request)
The colour or fluid enters from the supply at the CCV inlet, passes through the modular manifold and
exits at the base of the manifold column.
When calculating a system price remember to include 1 valve for solvent in addition to the number of
valves corresponding to the number of colours. e.g. a 4-colour system as an example will feature 5
valves.
